Bruner is a graduate of Auburn University with degrees in finance and political science. He began his career as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Birmingham, Alabama, where he quickly advanced to specialize in retirement and income planning. His experience led him to the World Trade Center for advanced training before returning to Alabama to continue serving clients in this specialized area.

With over 25 years in the financial industry, Bruner has dedicated his career to helping families navigate the complexities of retirement. He holds an insurance license and has passed the Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 exams. Additionally, he is a National Social Security Advisor (NSSA) certificate, continuously expanding his knowledge to stay ahead in an ever-evolving financial landscape.

Bruner joined the Retirement Income Solutions team in Tennessee to further his mission of guiding clients toward financial security with personalized retirement planning strategies. He is passionate about helping individuals create sustainable retirement income while protecting their hard-earned assets.

Outside of work, Bruner enjoys golfing, fishing, and attending Auburn football games. An avid animal lover, he also volunteers at a local animal rescue center.
